In order to start the process of painting the parts, it is necessary to prepare the parts to be painted. Surface preparation can be done by sandblasting the surfaces and chemically with different means, depending on the material being processed. We design and manufacture chemical preparations with the cooperation and advice of top technologists from eminent companies in the field of metal protection.

- Chemical preparation of parts can be of the tunnel type or open tub type;

- Treatment of parts is performed by spraying under a pressure of 1.5 to 2 bar;

- The entire chemical preparation is made of acid-resistant stainless steel;

- Ramps are made of stainless steel pipes with articulated rotating nozzles that can be directed independently;

- Pumps for solution recirculation are centrifugal prochronic with mechanical seals;

- Indirect heating by recirculation centrifugal pumps via primary / secondary heat exchangers.

Tunnel type

The most common concept of chemical preparation is mostly applied to tactile plants. The group of parts located in the tunnel is chemically treated and the whole process takes place while the conveyor is at rest. Each tunnel is led and isolated from the adjacent tunnel by doors that are pneumatically driven. Each means has its own register of ramps and through the drain plane through the valve system the means is returned to its tank. Liquid mixing is minimized by installing independent piping for each type of solution. According to the available space and technology of applied solutions in the design, there is a possibility of combining several solutions per tunnel (maximum 3rd solution per tunnel), thus achieving compactness without any compromise on the quality of degreased and protected surfaces.

Flow chemical preparations are based on the concept of tunnel type preparation of work pieces. Visually they have the same shape as the chemical preparations of the clock plant, but there are key technical differences between these two concepts:

- Each solution requires its own tunnel / tub with independent register and spray line;

- Pieces are constantly moving at the speed of the conveyor (m / min);

- Tunnels are separated from each other by polymer strips in the form of curtains that prevent the mixing of different solutions

Type of open tubs

For certain types of workpieces, it is not enough to just treat the surfaces by spraying the solution. Due to such situations, it is necessary to immerse the workpieces. The system is based on a certain number of storage solutions prescribed by the chemical supplier, depending on the type of workpiece material. After that, the work piece is taken over by crane transport or manual cranes on the rails and immersed in the tubs for a certain cycle with the prescribed retention time per solution. If necessary, the tubs are heated by an indirect system, and thus the solution is circulated through the smallest pockets of work pieces with the help of dedicated nozzles (venturi principle).

High temperature dryers

Dryers are an integral part of the plant and are used mainly after chemical preparation, due to the need to dry the workpieces. The process of drying and eliminating moisture from work surfaces takes place at a temperature of 80 - 160 0C. High temperature dryers can be constructively designed for flow, stroke and batch systems. The heat exchange system is realized by recirculating the air through the furnace of the thermo-block and exchanges heat by burning oil / natural gas / propane butane inside the furnace. This system is an absolutely closed energy exchange system and the most efficient way to achieve optimal operating temperatures.

Low temperature dryers

In certain systems, when applying a protective layer in the form of liquid coatings, dryers are used to speed up the drying process of the coating. This process requires an even intake of drying temperatures of 30 - 80 0C, with the circulation of a large amount of air. Heating of such dryers is done indirectly through water / air exchangers and an independent boiler for heating the installed exchangers. Temperature regulation is performed by three-way valves mounted directly on the heat exchanger. Low temperature dryers can be constructively designed for flow, stroke and batch systems.
