High Temperature Pre-heating and curing Oven
The body of the high-temperature preheating furnace adopts 200mm composite silicate rock wool board jointed by the upper and lower cladding angles, which has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, small thermal conductivity and good insulation effect. The inlet and outlet are equipped with two-way sliding doors to effectively prevent the hot air from spilling out, and the inlet and outlet of the chamber is equipped with an exhaust fan to automatically discharge the exhaust gas from the preheating chamber.The thermal energy system of the high temperature preheating chamber adopts SUS304 infrared heating tube to rapidly heat the workpiece. The power controller is adopted for the drying group control to automatically heat the workpiece efficiently and reduce the consumption of electric energy to the maximum exten
Dipping Chamber Body
The chamber body is composed of a skeleton, a wall panel, a filter unit for the top layer, a convenient door, a lighting device, a window, a grille, etc.Both sides of the chamber are more than 800mm from the ground to install the lighting glass, the height of the lighting glass is 1000mm, the use of 5mm thick tempered glass, the chamber glass adopts film protection to prevent the pollution of the glass surface, when the paint particles on the glass too much can be replaced with the film.
Conveyor Transport System
Cycled operating lines feature high flexibility and suitability for lower throughputs, wide range of parts or large dimension parts for treatment. Continuous operating lines using overhead chain conveyor are suitable for high productivity, high capacity requirements and for high throughputs of same or similar parts.
