Pre-treatment System
In the process of processing, transportation and storage, the surface of the workpiece is often covered with oxidation skin, rust, residual moulding sand, welding slag, dust, oil and other dirt.
hanging → degreasing soaking (3-5min, 40-50ºC) → clear water soaking I (0.5-1 min) → clear water soaking II (0.5-1 min) → phosphating soaking (1-2min) → Soak in clean water I (0.5-1 min) → soak in clean water II (0.5-1 min) → hang down → drain and dry.
It will affect the bonding force and corrosion resistance of the coating and the metal If we did not cleaned the surface before coating.
Also make the base metal continue to corrode even with the protection of the coating and make the coating peel off, which will affect the mechanical properties and service life of the workpiece.
So the surface treatment of the workpiece before powder dipping coating is very important
