Product Process
1. Pre-treatment before coating The pre-treatment process: degrease- -risining - -derusting - -risining - -surface treat-phosphate- risining (can be easily changed according to the work profiles surface condition)   Pre-treatment has two treatments: dipping and spray (can choose one or both, depending on the work profiles)   After the pre-treatment, the coating powder will firmly combine with the metal surface, so that the product can obtain high quality coating.
