***Pre-treatment System
In the process of processing, transportation and storage, the surface of the workpiece is often covered with oxidation skin, rust, residual moulding sand, welding slag, dust, oil and other dirt.
It will affect the bonding force and corrosion resistance of the coating and the metal If we did not cleaned the surface before coating.
Also make the base metal continue to corrode even with the protection of the coating and make the coating peel off, which will affect the mechanical properties and service life of the workpiece.
So the surface treatment of the workpiece before powder dipping coating is very important
Pretreatment method:

*** Powder Dipping Coating System
1:Automatic dip powder coating booth with powder recovery system, the powder recovery rate is 99.2%.
2:No dust spillover, reduce powder waste.
3:Uniform fluidization of powder.
4:The thickness of the coating film is 0.5-3MM.
5:The coating layer has excellent chemical resistance, anti-aging, impact resistance, bending resistance,

***Pre-heating System And Curing Oven
1.Air curtain system The hot air in the oven won't dissipate to outside saving the fuel
2.MaterialThe body of the high-temperature preheating furnace adopts 200mm composite silicate rock wool board jointed by the upper and lower cladding angles, which has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, small thermal conductivity and good insulation effect.
3.Hot air circulation system
Hot air circulation air supply and return reach a balance .
reasonable layout ,uniform oven temperature .
After testing ,the temperature difference in the oven is less than ± 3 ºC ,reaching the performance index of the similar products of the advanced countries.
