SPRAY PUMP
At the bath tanks, there is 1 unit of spray pump for each field. All of the pumps are with mechanic stuffing and produced from a material which is resistant to chemical substance to be used. Spray pump(material :FRPP)
Adopt maintenance-free upright pump, dry oil seal, anti-idling and anti-corrosion.
Unique anti-impeller design reduces hydraulic loss and eliminates leakage.

MAINTENANCE AND PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT VALVES
Valves which are installed between spray pumps and liquid tanks are ensuring removal and repair in case of malfunction without liquid loss. Valves installed between pump and spray pipes are for keeping the spray pressure under control. All of the valves are used from AISI304 stainless steel material.
TANK HEATING SYSTEM
It consists of a exchanger placed inside of the heated tanks. The heating system with a burner with a command of a thermostat is engaging and disengaging automatically at lower and upper operation interval and continuously ensures that the temperature stays at the required value. Heat exchanger is manufactured from 2mm AISI304 sheet and AISI304 stainless steel tube
SPRAY COLLECTORS AND PIPES
The spray collectors will be installed to suitable active sections and the spray pipes will be tightened to the collectors by using brackets. The spray pipes are designed so that their surface fully contact with the liquid. All pipes and collectors are used from AISI 304 stainless steel material.
SPRAY TUNNEL
The tunnel body will be manufactured from interlocking panels made from 1,2mm AISI304 stainless steel material inside and outer surfaces of steel parts will be powder coated. Panels are insulated with 50mm high density styro foam. In order to prevent spreading and damages of water steam inside the factory, an exhaust aspirator is installed. Lids have been placed for maintenance at the necessary points of the tunnel. Conveyor carriers are present at the top of the tunnel.
EXHAUST ASPIRATOR
2 pcs of 800 m3/h capacity exhaust fans are located at the top of the tunnel. The system has been designed to prevent the employees and factory environment to be effected from water steam and chemical gases.
CONTROL PANEL AND ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
The electrical control panel is mounted on the cabin and the internal cabling has been made. The control panel consists of panel elements with brands ABB, SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC and equivalent
