Spray Pretreatment System

Degreasing -pre-degreasing (hot water washing)-main degreasing (water washing)degreasingsurface conditioning-phosphating-washingdehydration drying,Different process are selected according to different workpieces. 
For workpieces that need to be rusted, shot blasting,sand blasting,etc.

Dip Tank Pre-treatment System

For the best powder coating results, the surface ofthe workpiece you will be spraying must be clean.
The pretreatment method is divided into liquidprocessing and dry processing.

Powder Dip Coating Tank

Chain Conveyor System

The rail can be divided into150 rails ≤30KG, 250 rails ≤50KG (single point lifting)The drive unit in our high-end conveyor system uses a drive with a torque limiter. When the conveyor goes wrong, it can automatically stop. After the malfunction is removed, it can be restarted.

Tunnel Type Curing Oven

1.Has wind curtain at both ends, the temperature of the furnace won't dissipate to the out, saves the fuel, this is our patent.
2.Curing furnace insulation board are all plug-in board, seamless docking, thermal bridge transmission technology, save fuel
3.Oil-burning heating type, hot air circulation air supply and return reach a balance, reasonable layout, uniform furnace temperature.
After testing, the temperature difference in the furnace is less than ±3°C, reaching the performance index of the similar products of the advanced countries.
