We provide stand-alone equipments for preptreatment systems, powder coating systems, single and multi color change systems, curing systems, powder recovery systems and conveyorized lines. Pretreatment:
Automatic spraying pretreatment and semi automatic dip tank pretreatment. Generally, the step of pretreatment is degreasing, rinsing, rinsing, phosphating, pure water rinsing. The steps can be customized based on the locally chemical liquid.

 For convenient using, we have two kinds of powder coating booth, both of them can realize quickly color change: Powder coating booth with cyclone recovery system( suit for more than 3 colors), powder coating booth with filter recovery system(suit for less than 3 colors).
The color changing time is less than 15 mins, and the powder recovery is 99.2%
